DAY01
Day 1
: Arrival in Makkah
Arrive at Jeddah International Airport. Complete immigration formalities and meet our local representative.
Travel to Makkah al-Mukarramah (approx. 1½ – 2 hours).
Check in at your hotel, freshen up, and perform your first Umrah under group guidance.
Rest and acclimatize to the sacred atmosphere of Makkah. -
DAY02
Day 2
: Ibadah in Masjid al-Haram
Spend the day in worship and reflection inside Masjid al-Haram.
Perform Tawaf, offer Nafil prayers, and make Duas.
Evening free for personal ibadah or rest. -
DAY03
Day 3
: Makkah Ziyarats
After breakfast, join a guided tour of Makkah’s historical and religious sites:
Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah
Jabal al-Noor (Cave Hira) and Jabal al-Thawr
Masjid al-Jinn and Jannat al-Mu’alla
Return to hotel and spend the evening in Haram for prayers. -
DAY04
Day 4
: Free Day for Worship
Dedicate this day to Tawaf, Qur’an recitation, and personal reflection.
Optional: Perform a second Umrah from Masjid al-Taneem (Aisha Mosque). -
DAY05
Day 5
: Optional Taif Excursion
Embark on a day trip to Taif, a scenic mountain city known for its gardens and cool climate.
Visit Masjid Addas, Shafa Gardens, and local markets.
Return to Makkah by evening and rest. -
DAY06
Day 6
: Day of Rest and Ibadah
Spend the day performing Tawaf, Nafil prayers, and Duas.
Reflect on the blessings of being in the holy city. -
DAY07
Day 7
: Qur’an and Nafil Ibadah
Participate in group recitation or engage in personal Qur’an reading.
Evening free for Tahajjud or peaceful rest. -
DAY08
Day 8
: Additional Umrah (Optional)
Those who wish may perform another Umrah from Masjid al-Jurana.
Evening: Attend a short group session on spiritual reflection and supplication. -
DAY09
Day 9
: At Your Disposal
A quiet day for self-guided worship, rest, or visiting nearby shops for gifts and dates.
Continue regular prayers in Masjid al-Haram. -
DAY10
Day 10
: Farewell to Makkah
Perform final Tawaf-ul-Wida (Farewell Tawaf).
Prepare for departure to Madinah. -
DAY11
Day 11
: Transfer to Madinah
Check out from Makkah hotel and travel by luxury coach to Madinah al-Munawwarah (approx. 5–6 hours).
On arrival, check in near Masjid an-Nabawi.
Rest, then visit the Prophet’s Mosque for your first prayer. -
DAY12
Day 12
: First Ziyarat in Madinah
Guided visit to sacred sites:
Masjid Quba (first mosque built in Islam)
Masjid Qiblatain
Mount Uhud and Graves of Martyrs
Return to hotel and spend evening in Masjid an-Nabawi. -
DAY13
Day 13
: Ibadah and Rawdah Visit
Offer prayers and make Duas in the Rawdah Shareef (subject to permission).
Spend time in Qur’an recitation and reflection inside Masjid an-Nabawi. -
DAY14
Day 14
: Day of Reflection
Attend religious lectures (if available) or spend the day in quiet ibadah.
Evening walk around the Haram area and engage in zikr. -
DAY15
Day 15
: Madinah Ziyarats – Historical Sites
Visit the Seven Mosques (Sab’a Masajid) and Masjid Ghamama.
Learn about the early history of Islam in Madinah.
Evening free for personal prayers. -
DAY16
Day 16
: Free Day for Ibadah
Spend your time offering prayers, reading Qur’an, and making Duas.
Optional short visit to Jannat al-Baqi (if accessible). -
DAY17
Day 17
: Day of Peace and Rest
Continue your spiritual routine — Fajr to Isha in Masjid an-Nabawi.
Evening free for rest or local shopping. -
DAY18
Day 18
: Extra Ziyarats / Qur’an Completion
Optional revisit to Masjid Quba or attend group Qur’an completion dua in the hotel.
Evening: Group reflection and farewell session. -
DAY19
Day 19
: Preparation for Departure
Offer your final prayers in Masjid an-Nabawi and make heartfelt Duas.
Pack luggage and rest before travel. -
DAY20
Day 20
: Eid Namaz & Departure
Pray Eid Namaz in Madinah (if during Eid period).
Bid farewell to the holy cities of Madinah & Makkah.
Transfer to Jeddah Airport for your return flight, carrying home cherished memories and countless blessings.

Booking Policy
- A minimum of Rs. 25% of the package Price must be paid to secure a booking.
- Full payment is required 21 days before departure. -
Cancellation Policy
- 25% Booking Amount is Non refundable
- 50% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled 21 to 30 days before departure.
- 100% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of departure.
- Date change charges: Rs. 10000 per person, plus any applicable additional charges, for changes made 21 to 30 days before departure.
- No date changes are allowed within 21 days of departure;
- Refunds are done 10th Of Every Month and Chq has to be collected from Booking Office. -
Important Notes
- All Prices quoted are per person and in Indian Rupees.
- In case of package booked without umrah visa through us, than transportation will be subject to availability.
- Peak season groups will have an additional surcharge.
- Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
- Unutilized services are Non-refundable.
- Hotel Distance may vary. Distances given are from the outer border of Haram Shareef & Masjid-E- Nabvi.
- Rooms Allotment as per hotel management, no room choice will be entertained.
- Rooms Check-In time at 04.00 PM and Check-Out time at 12.00 PM (Saudi Local time)
- The tour costs are based on Currect Prices of Saudi Riyal. Any increase in the given rates before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers.
- If you travel individually other than group dates & flights, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
- Passengers have to arrange wheelchair on own.
- All services are pre-booked and are based on strict timings. Any delay resulting in the pax missing the benefit of the services, then we are not responsible.
- We are not responsible for any loss/damage/ color loss or discoloration of clothes due to Laundry.
- Local Ziyarat are subject to local regulations.
- Late comers will be left behind. No Alternate ziyarat or refund shall be given.
- We are not responsible for any luggage losses, Injuries, damages, Accidents and additional expenses due to any reason, not limited to, delay of flight, act of God, deportation, umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, damages related to laundry.
